To obtain data that is in accordance with the topic of discussion, the author uses library research, which is a method of obtaining data from books that are relevant to the discussion in this paper. From the results of the search for books related to the title of this paper, it can be concluded that the essence of learning design includes four components (students, goals, methods, and evaluation) and topic analysis. Dengan fokus <br>penelitian; 1) Pelaksanaan supervisi kinerja guru, 2) Kinerja guru, dan 3) Faktor pendukung dan <br>penghambat pelaksanaan kinerja guru. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian lapangan (field <br>research). Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan <br>sebagai berikut. Pertama, Pelaksanaan supervisi kinerja guru yang dilaksanakan oleh kepala <br>madrasah, hal ini dikarenakan kepala madrasah yang mengetahui kinerja guru yang belum <br>profesional. Kedua, Dampak yang ditimbulkan dari pelaksanaan supervisi kinerja guru adalah sebagai <br>berikut; 1) semakin meningkatnya kedisiplinan warga sekolah, 2) meningkatnya prestasi siswa baik <br>prestasi akademik maupun non-akademik, 3) meningkatnya minat baca siswa, 4) meningkatnya <br>mental siswa untuk tampil di depan umum, 5) meningkatnya kerapian berpakaian, 6) meningkatnya <br>motivasi warga sekolah, 7) meningkatnya semangat guru dalam mendidik siswa, dan 8) <br>meningkatnya kreativitas dan inovasi guru dan karyawan. This study explores <br />how Islamic education contributes to the formation and preservation of cultural identity in various contexts, ranging from the <br />early Islamic period to the modern era. Since the time of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh), Islamic education has been the main <br />means of transmitting religious, social and moral values that form the basis of individual and community character building. <br />Institutions such as madrasahs and pesantren in Indonesia, as well as classical education centers such as al-Qarawiyyin and <br />al-Azhar, have played a central role in shaping the social and cultural norms of Muslims. In Indonesia, Islamic education not <br />only teaches religious teachings but also maintains local values associated with culture and tradition. Entering the modern era, <br />Islamic education faces the challenges of globalization and rapid social change. This study also highlights the adaptation of <br />Islamic education in Indonesia in facing these challenges while maintaining relevance and core values that form the cultural <br />identity of Muslims. The literature research method is used to analyze the historical and contemporary development of Islamic <br />education, focusing on the contribution to the social and cultural identity of the Muslim community. <br />Keywords: Islamic Education, Cultural Identity, Social Identity, Muslim Society</p> <p>Abtrak <br />Pendidikan Islam memiliki peran yang sangat signifikan dalam pembentukan identitas kultural dan sosial <br />masyarakat Muslim. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana pendidikan Islam berkontribusi terhadap <br />pembentukan dan pelestarian identitas kultural dalam berbagai konteks, mulai dari periode awal Islam <br />hingga era modern. Sejak masa nabi Muhammad saw, pendidikan Islam telah menjadi sarana utama untuk <br />mentransmisikan nilai-nilai agama, sosial, dan moral yang menjadi dasar pembentukan karakter individu dan <br />masyarakat. Institusi seperti madrasah dan pesantren di Indonesia, serta pusat pendidikan klasik seperti alQarawiyyin dan al-Azhar, telah memainkan peran sentral dalam membentuk norma sosial dan budaya umat <br />muslim. Di Indonesia, pendidikan Islam tidak hanya mengajarkan ajaran agama tetapi juga mempertahankan <br />nilai-nilai lokal yang terkait dengan budaya dan tradisi. Memasuki era modern, Pendidikan Islam <br />menghadapi tantangan globalisasi dan perubahan sosial yang cepat. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti adaptasi <br />pendidikan Islam di Indonesia dalam menghadapi tantangan tersebut dengan tetap mempertahankan <br />relevansi dan nilai-nilai inti yang membentuk identitas kultural umat Muslim. One of the central figures in this reform movement is Hassan al-Banna, the founder of the Muslim Brotherhood (Ikhwanul Muslimin) in Egypt. This article discusses al-Banna's contributions to renewing Islamic thought by emphasizing the integration of Islam and politics, the implementation of Sharia, and resistance to imperialism. The research combines case study and content analysis methods, with data collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and written documents, which are then analyzed thematically. Hassan al-Banna, the founder of the Muslim Brotherhood, formulated the ideology and primary goals of this movement to establish Islam as a comprehensive system of life, encompassing all aspects of personal and social life. Al-Banna stressed the importance of implementing Sharia law in governance to create a just and moral society. The Muslim Brotherhood aims to restore the glory of Islam through social, political, and economic reforms based on Islamic teachings, with a focus on education, da'wah (Islamic preaching), and empowering the Muslim community. Additionally, the movement seeks to combat colonialism and Western influence, which is perceived as corrupting Islamic values.
